A year ago I didn't have a master's degree. Now I do, and I'm done with school forever. I'm not done learning, though.
A year ago Liz didn't have a bachelor's degree. She does now, and I couldn't be more proud. =)
A year ago I had not finished the Harry Potter books. I finished all seven books this year.
A year ago I hadn't been to Arizona. We visited in March '11.
A year ago I worked for Murray State University, living in Murray, KY. Now we've moved to San Antonio, TX, and I'm working for Rackspace Hosting.
A year ago I had only been displaced once. In August, Liz and I had to move out for another month because our upstairs neighbors' laundry had some serious issues and flooded our apartment. No bueno.
Other notables:
- Liz and I celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary in Nashville.
- Liz and I visited our friends Kristen and Jeff in Charlotte, NC.
- We also went to Columbus, OH, for a Hill family reunion.
- I attended Bonarroo 2011 with my pal Matt.
- I celebrated 10 years of blogging in February.
- My friend John Gibson got his movie Kickstarter-ed, raising over $13K to chase his dream.

We're hoping for a healthy & happy 2012.
